Volara 4E is a soft density, closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam padding material. Uses include cushioning on orthoses. It is easy to mold and sand, and is auto-adhesive.

Volara 4E and 6A are heat moldable at temperatures of 250° - 300° F. (Thickness MM x 12 = heating time in minutes.
