TL-Silver
TL-Silver is a lightweight, high-performance fiberglass thermoplastic composite designed for durable, low-profile custom orthotics. Made from two layers of plain-weave glass fabric with a silver resin and acrylic core, it provides a strong, semi-rigid to rigid shell that supports deep heel cups while maintaining shape and rigidity. Its rounded heel design reduces trimming, and the material is easily heat-adjusted for improved fit and functional control. TL-Silver offers a reliable, cost-effective alternative to other fiberglass composite materials.

TL-Silver can be fabricated using standard orthotic equipment. For optimal molding, heat the material in a preheated convection oven at 380-400°F for 3-5 minutes. This ensures consistent performance and easy adjustability during customization
