The TL-2100 material should be protected from moisture exposure, as prolonged humidity can affect performance. Before leaving the manufacturing facility, each batch is thoroughly dried, inspected, and sealed in protective plastic. Upon receipt, the following handling guidelines are recommended: keep all material sealed in its plastic bag; avoid exposing it to environments above 20% relative humidity for more than eight hours; and store any unused pieces in a re-sealed bag or in a desiccator cabinet with active desiccant. For fabrication, heat TL-2100 in a convection oven at 380-400°F for approximately 4-6 minutes to achieve optimal molding conditions.
All units are sealed in packs of 10 (5 pairs) by the manufacturer. All sizes and grades may be combined with TL-2100 materials to qualify for quantity discounts.
