Modified Polyethylene (MPE)
MPE is a soft, flexible thermoplastic designed for orthotic applications that require comfort without sacrificing durability. Stronger and less stretchy than standard LDPE, it vacuum-forms easily and provides an ideal balance of flexibility and support-softer than copolypropylene yet sturdier than pure LDPE - making it an excellent choice for orthoses that demand comfort, flexibility, and reliable performance.
