JMS 500 High Density Polyethylene Plastic Sheets are engineered to meet the rigorous demands of orthotic fabrication. Form JMS 500 at temperatures between 325°F and 375°F for 4 to 12 minutes, adjusting the duration according to sheet thickness and specific oven conditions. Normal thermal shrinkage may occur during processing.
Pairs per sheet: 4″ x 8″= 18-20 pairs. 5″ x 9″ = 13-14 pairs
Thickness tolerances:
1.0 mm to 1.5 mm: ± 0.2 mm
2.0 mm to 4.0 mm: ± 0.3 mm
5.0 mm to 6.0 mm: ± 0.5 mm
