J-Turf
J-Turf is a semi-rigid, high-performance composite made from 100% glass fibers laminated with acrylic resins, engineered for durable orthotic stiffening plates. It offers an ideal balance of strength and resilience, consistently springing back to its original shape while remaining lightweight and non-corrosive. Because it does not conduct heat, J-Turf stays cool even under demanding conditions, making it a reliable, long-lasting material for both everyday and athletic footwear applications.

Processing Information: J-Turf can be cut using a saw, water-jet saw, steel-rule die, forged die, hard tooling, or a shear. For heating, the material should be brought to 250-380°F for 2-3 minutes. During forming, apply 5-10 PSI for approximately 15 seconds. It can be attached to other materials using chemical, adhesive, or mechanical methods.
Sheets are packaged individually in moisture-resistant bags, and foot cutouts are packaged one pair per moisture-resistant bag.
