J-Poly R

J-Poly R is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) that offers the flexibility and soft feel of rubber with the easy processing of plastic used for accommodative orthotics. It stretches and returns to its original shape, remains fully recyclable and reprocessable, and avoids the permanent chemical bonds found in traditional rubber. This material is clean, durable, and completely odor-free.

J-Poly R can be heated in a convection oven at 300°F - 350°F for 3-4 minutes depending on thickness and individual oven conditions.
