J-Poly R

A thermoplastic elastomer. Flexible material for accommodative orthotics. A fully cross-linked thermoplastic. Processes as a plastic, but performs with the flexibility and durability of rubber. Is resistant to fluids and chemicals, imparts no taste or odor, and has low, long-term compression set. Can be heated in a convection oven at 300°F – 350°F for 3 – 4 minutes depending on oven and heat conditions.
