PETG Sheets
PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) is a clear, rigid thermoplastic commonly used in orthotics and prosthetics for test sockets, check sockets, and short-term orthotic fittings. It’s valued for its strength, impact resistance, and excellent thermoforming properties.
PETG features protective polyfilm masking on both sides and forms easily within a heating range of 250°F to 320°F. Exposure to temperatures above 320°F may lead to embrittlement. It is vacuum-formable, becomes self-adhesive when heated, and provides a rigid, durable finish.
