Pelite®
A lightweight, closed-cell polyethylene foam that’s soft, non-absorbent, and ideal for comfortable custom interfaces. Made from expanded, cross-linked foam similar to Plastazote, it provides excellent cushioning, moisture resistance, and shock absorption while remaining non-allergenic. Engineered for customization, the material is heat-formable for precise contouring in prosthetic liners and foot orthotic applications.

Processing Information:
Heat formable at approximately 220 – 250°F for 1 to 3 minutes, depending on thickness.
