Nickelplast™ / Nickelplast Lite™
Nickelplast™ is a high-strength, expanded orthotic material engineered for long-lasting durability, tear resistance, and the ability to resist bottoming out. It offers a resilient, rubber-like cushioning quality not found in simpler cross-linked polyethylene materials, making it ideal for PTB inserts, socket liners, insoles, and orthotic postings. Easy to form and shape, it delivers long-lasting performance even under heavy use.
Nickelplast Lite™ provides the same uniform, resilient structure in a lighter-density option. It offers excellent cushioning and flexibility for comfort-focused or lighter-duty applications while still maintaining reliable shock absorption and ease of fabrication.

Aliplast® / Aliplast XPE®
Aliplast® is lightweight, closed-cell, thermoplastic foam widely used in orthotics and prosthetics for custom pads, liners, splints, and foot orthotics. It is heat-moldable, non-absorbent, smooth-skinned, and available in multiple densities–from soft cushioning grades to firmer, supportive options. Durable, easy to shape, and hygienic, Aliplast® can be used alone or layered with materials like Plastazote® or polyethylene to achieve the desired level of comfort and support.
Aliplast XPE® is the firmest grade, offering maximum resistance to long-term compression and bottoming out, making it ideal for functional foot orthotics and applications requiring strong structural support.
