Birko-Cork

Crafted from natural cork granules blended with nylon, Birko-Cork offers a unique combination of qualities. It is lightweight, flexible, porous, and easily shaped with heat. Designed with practicality in mind, any remaining pieces can be easily reworked for future projects.

Processing Information:
When heated to approximately 175°F, the material becomes pliable while remaining non-sticky. At 212°F, it develops a slight tackiness that makes it suitable for molding applications. When the temperature reaches 250°F, the material becomes fully adhesive, providing excellent molding characteristics and strong bonding to other surfaces.
