TL-Silver
The TL-SILVER is Fiber Glass Thermoplastic Composite Material which consists of two layers of plain weave, glass fabric with a silver resin, and acrylic core. All units have rounded heels to reduce trimming and grinding. This material facilitates deeper heel cups and it retains its rigidity and shape. The TL-SILVER is easily adjusted using a heat gun, and because of this, has a better fit and functional control. It is a lower cost alternative to other fiber glass thermoplastic composite materials.

Processing Information:
The TL-SILVER can be processed with conventional fabrication equipment, and the recommended heating conditions for all formulations is 3 – 5 minutes in a convection oven, pre-heated to 380-400 degrees F.
Shipping Information:
All TL-SILVER units are sealed in packages of 10 units (5 pairs) per package by the manufacturer. All sizes and grades may be combined with the TL-2100 for quantity discounts.
