J-Turf
J TURF is a composite material made with 100% glass fibers, laminated with acrylic resins, which is suitable for applications that require a balance. This material does not conduct heat, and remains cool to the foot even during the most grueling conditions. There are no rusting problems, because J TURF is non-corrosive, and it springs back to its shape consistently, because the material is resilient.

Processing Information:
Cutting:
Cut with a saw or water jet saw, steel rule die, forged die, hard tooling or with a shear.
Heating:
Heat to 250 – 380 degrees for 2 – 3 minutes.
Forming:
Place material under 5 – 10 PSI for about 15 seconds.
Attachment:
Chemical, adhesive or mechanical attachment to other materials. Sheets are packaged individually in moisture resistant bag, and foot cutouts are packaged one pair each in a moisture resistant bag.
